Details

The color scheme and font of the AMS's main logo was utilized so that the CAT emblem can blend in and live within AMS's branding ecosystem.

To contrast this program from AMS's other professional certifications, the design process focused on the emblem fitting in with the work of the certification holder. A K-12 teacher balances the professionalism of education with the playfulness of connecting to children and young adults. The emblem was designed to fit in a variety of settings, whether it be a resume, in a presentation at a conference, or a teacher's introduction bulletin board in a kindergarten classroom.

The CAT emblem continues to boldly represent to this day AMS's commitment to continuing a society that values Earth Science literacy.
