Overview

The American Meteorological Society's Annual Meeting is the world’s largest yearly gathering for the weather, water, and climate community. It brings together the top minds in the atmospheric sciences in one place to share, learn, and network. Throughout the year, marketing and design elements are developed to create a cohesive and enjoyable in-person and virtual experience for all attendees. Whether it is informational signage, exhibit hall booth design, or marketing for abstract submissions, many pieces come together to make the conference possible.

Details

Many elements come together to provide a satisfactory conference experience. A point of emphasis in the design of conference materials was visual cohesiveness, making navigation throughout the conference clear and seamless. An attendee may move from the exhibit hall to a panel to a networking event, and the experience needs to remain consistent as they move from one event to the next. Below is a selection of marketing and design elements that help enhance the attendee experience.
